Measures

-A payment of 50% is required before any work begins, (Prices are in USD)
-Payments are made via stubafrica or paypal. I will submit an invoice to you with your order total. Please DO NOT send payment prematurely!
-I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
-Please include as much detail as possible with your commission. This includes what type of emotes (ex. Love, hey, rage, etc.) any color preferences, reference photos, etc. This will help expedite the process.


ORDER PROCESS

Please fill out the following form completely with any details I should know about your emotes commission. Please note that incomplete or vague messages will be ignored. Please read all the info above before filling out a form!All inquiries are answered in the order of which they are received. Please note that I am a one-person studio and response times may vary.


Pricing

8 USD for each static emote, however there is a bundle of 10 static emotes for 60 USD.12 USD per animated emote, while sub badges are 5 USD each.

FILES RECEIVED
The commissioner will receive a ZIP RAR file via email containing PNGs.
Should there be any issue with the commission received (e.g. wrong sizes, clipping that goes over the lines), please notify me through Twitter DMs (https://twitter.com/MiKeydikess) or discord.
USAGE RIGHTS
The artist/commissioner reserves the right to utilize commissioned images on social media platforms. While gratuities are appreciated, they are not a requirement. Graphics received throughout the commission process are not to be utilized until payment has been received in full. Utilizing graphics before payment will be considered as theft and will be reported accordingly.
The commissioner is permitted to modify and edit any commissioned art to serve their needs post-payment. However, all rights and ownership of the graphics remain with the commissionee (@mikeydikes) and must be acknowledged as such. Claiming rights through modification is a breach of copyright law and will be treated accordingly.Please note that when using smaller artworks (e.g., badges and emotes) as merchandise or profile pictures, a higher resolution will not be provided unless specifically commissioned. For example, ordering emotes means receiving artwork no larger than 112x112, as its purpose is for Twitch use. Nevertheless, it is up to the commissioner how they use the finalized artwork.

ORDER PROCESS

1) Client is informed when their commission is in the latest waitlist positions.2) Client is informed that their commission is now in the current orders.3) I reiterate the client's original order for confirmation.4) Payment is fulfilled and the commission creation period begins.5) Draft stage is sent to client → revisions to pose and details can be requested at this time.6) Finalized stage is sent to client → revisions only towards critical anatomy mistakes, or misinterpreted character design.7) Files are sent via gmail (google drive for larger orders). enjoy!
